How far in advance should I book the event space?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and school holidays. Last-minute slots may be available depending on schedule.
Can I visit the space before confirming a booking?
Yes, absolutely. Just WhatsApp us to schedule a site visit. We’ll walk you through the setup and buffet options in person.
Can we bring our own decorations or vendors?
Light custom decor is allowed, and you’re welcome to bring your own vendors (like photographers or emcee). Just let us know in advance so we can coordinate setup time.
Is there a minimum spend or deposit required?
Yes, a minimum headcount of 30 pax applies, and we typically require a 50% deposit to confirm your slot. The balance is due 3 days before the event.
