- The Reward: 1x Premium Brownies OR 1x Signature Brew Coffee.
- How to Redeem: Show the analytics/likes to our cashier on your next visit to claim your reward.

Did your video blow up? If you bring the crowd, we bring the feast.
- The Goal: Hit 10,000 Views OR 1,000 Likes on your post.
- The Reward: Our rewards scale up based on your total reach. The more viral you go, the bigger we treat you! This could range from our Signature Aglio Olio Beef to our Premium Black Angus Steak.
- How to Redeem: Do not claim this at the cashier. Please Direct Message (DM) us on WhatsApp with a screenshot of your post’s analytics. Our admin will verify the engagement and issue a personalized e-Voucher for your next dine-in!
Terms & Conditions
To ensure a smooth process for everyone, please take note of our simple rules:
- Public Accounts Only: Your social media profile must be set to ‘Public’ so we can verify the post and engagement.
- Tagging is Mandatory: You must visibly tag @cartelcoffeeshop in the caption or video.
- One Claim Per Receipt/Table: Rewards are limited to one redemption per table or receipt to be fair to all guests. You cannot combine multiple posts for multiple rewards at the same time.
- Validity Period: Your post engagement (Views/Likes) must be redeemed within 30 days of the original posting date.
- Authenticity Matters: Cartel Coffeeshop reserves the right to reject any redemptions if there is suspicion of artificially inflated engagement (e.g., purchased views, bot likes, or fake accounts).
